Hi Jean-Yves, Sling was started as an internal project at Day.com, the company where Roy works. It is a Servlet framework that exposes a JCR (Java Content Repository API) as a set of RESTful web services.
This could be easily achieved in Restlet by adding a new client connector based on the JCR API.
