Hi Stephan, We have converted the manuscript to DocBook and published it (privately for now) on http://book.restlet.org/
We are currently focused and another critical project and hope to get back to the book in the coming weeks. The next steps will be to clean up the manuscript a bit more and contact some potential publishers (we have a nice list of contacts to explore, given by community members). We want to release the book online (chunked HTML pages) and as a paperback book + PDF in parallel if possible.
