I'd emphasise that documentation is a contribution too; its a form of evangelisation and can dramatically improve a project -it's also easier for people to contribute to. You do mention it in the team page, but not in governance. -every user is secretly a contributor waiting to find a bug or correct the documentation. That's someting to emphasise in the end-user docs; not "welcome to our software" but "welcome ot the Restlet Team".
