Hi Carlos,

We currently only set the Date header on outgoing responses. There is indeed a 
need to access this date from the Restlet API!

I've added a comment about it in this RFE:

"Support misc HTTP headers"

This will be added to 1.2 M2.

I tried to look in response.getDate but without success, so how are you guys 
doing to get the date associated with the server
response?
