Glad you are ready to code this! ;)

Basically, you need to create an org.restlet.Filter subclass that will contains 
some throttling configuration properties.

See the org.restlet.engine.LogFilter class for an example.

Yeah, ForkJoin is great fun indeed :) It takes a lot of pain away and is faster 
in many occasions (when the concept of a thread is
just more than you need).
