Hello Evan, unfortunately the internal connector of the 1.1 branch does not allow to update the size of the pool of threads (whereas the current trunk allows this). I don't think this feature will be added, as this 1.1 connector was mostly designed for test purposes, not really for production environment (we tend to push either the Jetty or Simple connectors).
