Hi Keith, I haven't tried to integrate Restlet with iJetty on Android and don't know if it works. Feel free to enter a RFE for this in our issue tracker.
As an alternative, you can try our internal HTTP server, part of "org.restlet.jar" which works on the Android edition as well.
