We are very happy to let you know that Atlassian has granted us a fully featured JIRA Studio account (http://www.atlassian.com/hosted/studio/). Even though we have been pleased to use Tigris.org for the past 5 years, we were looking for a more comprehensive and modern solution. Our account is hosted by Atlassian on their infrastructure and will be accessible from http://jira.restlet.org/ We still have a lot of work to migrate our content (issues, source code, etc.), but we wanted to share the fresh news.
