I've recently stumbled upon this again, and the broken pipes appear to be related to cancelled requests (a client makes a request, the server takes a long time to serve it, the client 'cancels' - closes the response stream somehow - the request and generates a request to a 2nd resource -> broken pipe for the 1st requested resource) Any ideas on how to prevent these? Is there a way to cleanly cancel the request handling within ServerResource to avoid broken pipes?
