Hello Michel, as a temporary workaround, you can add a converter that reconstructs the form correctly. You can have a look at the end of this issue : http://restlet.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1275. Another better solution is to adapt the ServerServlet (espacially for the GAE edition) that systematically do this step for you, enabling you to keep your method signature intact ("public void accept(Representation entity)").
