Looks like this is definitely a bug... I have tried knocking Restlet back to 2.0 and it functions as expected. 2.1RC1 and the 2.1 snapshot both won't force clientauthentication. I'd rather not switch back to 2.0 as I am using some of the new methods in 2.1.. can someone look into this one?
