Hello Xavier, At the moment, only the client part is usable but we're actively working on the server part. Yes, of course, this aim is to communicate with any REST application (Restlet or other, regardless of the application languages). So if you have problems with this aspect, it's a bug that we need to fix!
A first version of the client part is available on the GitHub site for the project and also within NPM if you use Node. See this page: https://github.com/restlet/restlet-framework-js/downloads.
