They are directional.  I dont have a model number or web page.  I
bought them a few years back, used them for about a year, and then
stored them in my garage.  The pigtail is from the antenna to a
linksys antenna and is about 8 inches.  Thats about all I know about
them.

I sold 2 today, so only have 2 left.
