The watts per KG is the load or receiver (your body) so all a 20KG phone would 
do is make it worse as the battery life would be longer :-)

Watts per Kg?  Allrighty then, let's all buy 20Kg. cell phones so the W/Kg 
emissions drop dramatically.   We don't have to worry about cell phone zap 
thataway.
 
Seems to me that W/Kg is more appropriate to describe battery energy densities.
