** Penny as secretary, has no idea how to be a sysadmin. We have sysadmin
meetings, but no position where their job is to sysadmin.

the environment.
** 30% of the funds from the sale of each good phone, $1/lb for bad phones.

** How many phones should we collect? Doesn't matter, he can swing by a meeting
