Minimum probably should be four to have some group support.  Upper limit is
probably set by space available to hold the class and the exam sessions..
 Also need to consider projector and PA capabilities for the room size.

A one day class is a cram session.  No time for any real discussion.  The
exam pool has 396 questions divided into 35 groups.  Each exam has one
question from each group.  The questions have to be covered at the rate of
about one per minute.  Of the 35 questions on a test, 26 correct are
required to pass.

Starting on time, minimizing breaks and eating lunch during presentations
are desirable to get through the material.  Size of class probably impacts
the exam more since it takes time to register and post process each
applicant.  Exam fee is currently $5.00 and photo ID required and exam is
closed book.
