Hello hakkers! My technical difficulties have mostly been resolved so I have been able to come up with an accurate financial report. Since I am not able to make it to the space for the meeting tonight and because it has been a while since I have been able to get this to you I have decided to email the report to the list.
We have $2,266.12 One member has not paid for July. Seven members have not paid for August (including the member who has not paid for July.) Eleven members have not paid for September (and this also includes the members who have not paid for July and August.) Why do we have significantly less money than my last financial report? Because I paid for rent til the end of our lease in November. That totaled to $1500. I also continued to pay our cable bill (of course.) I will also email all of our members today and tomorrow to let them know if they owe any money. If they don't then I will let them know how many months are paid through. I have also extended the time that those who have not paid for July and August to September 30th. Normally, their membership would expire on August 15th and September 15th respectively. I don't feel it's fair to hold people to those due dates when I didn't have my shit together. If anyone feels this is unfair or disagrees with this they are welcome to reply to this email and we can discuss this. If you have any questions on the state of our finances, feel free to ask me. I also would like to thank all of you for being so incredibly patient with me while I have been scrambling to get my act together. I truly appreciate it.
