Crafty Mart Application Form
Guess what? This Thanksgiving weekend marks the Fifth Annual Crafty Mart!
As Akron's longest-running indie craft show, we're excited to announce that
we are now accepting applications through September 30.

If you are interested in participating we ask that you fill out this online
application and if you don't have a website with pictures of your work that
you also send us at least three pictures (including one of your table
set-up) to [email protected].

Remember! Your application is not complete until we've received photos and
your non-refundable $5 application fee in addition to this form! If
accepted, the $5 fee will apply towards the $45 vendors fee. If your
application fee isn't received by September 30, your application will be
discarded. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, email us.

Unfortunately, the application fee is not refundable if you are not
accepted and you must pay a new vendor's fee each time you apply for Crafty
Mart. The application process has become increasingly competitive in the
past few years and it takes time to go through everyone's applications and
emails. The application fee is our way of keeping the vendor's fee down
while still giving us some income to pay for overhead and marketing
expenses. Thanks for understanding.

Acceptances will be sent out no later than October 6. Upon being accepted,
we will ask you to fill out another form which will give us more specific
info and help us with our web and social media marketing campaign. We will
also ask you to pay the balance of your table fee no later than October 12.

A quick note about judging: Crafty Mart is a juried show. A panel of judges
decide on which vendors will be accepted. As noted earlier, the process has
become drastically more competitive in the last few years. Crafty Mart
tends to favor Akron-area artists, but strives to include at least 30% new
vendors and 10% from out of town who can bring something new and different
to our fine city. We also only accept 25% jewelry vendors. Our goal is to
provide a wide variety of options and price points to give our shoppers
something for everyone on their list.

***We are not providing tables at this show! You much bring your own table,
no bigger than 6'.

The Details!
Date: Saturday, November 30, 2013
Time: 10 am – 5 pm
Location: Musica 51 E. Market St. and We Gallery 20 N. High St. Akron, OH
Vendor Spaces: Each space is carefully measured out to be 6'x2.5' with one
foot between spaces. Your should be no bigger than 6'
Price: Spaces are $45
Application Fee: $5 (applicable towards vendors fee upon acceptance.)
Set-up: Saturday 8:30am – You MUST be on premises at 9:15 or we cannot
guarantee your spot.
Applications Due: September 30, 2013
Acceptances Sent Out: October 6
Vendor Fee Due: October 12
