Justin, Alex,

GREAT FIND you guys! I think we have a winner, though it may be prudent to
wait until our 501(c)(3) status is finally approved before moving forward
so that we get the most benefit without the risk of walking a gray blurry
line. So far not having a windows license in our inventory hasn't hurt us
and Craig's box can fulfill the need until then.

Its up to you guys. If Syn/Hak Inc. is buying it with Syn/Hak money, we
should wait until our status is approved. If, before that happens, someone
purchases a copy with their own resources and then donates it (with the
understanding that donations become property of Syn/Hak and Syn/Hak would
need proof of purchase and/or a Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity) then
that's cool too, we'll write up a receipt and when our status is approved
you can claim it as a deduction on your taxes.

My personal opinion: I hate all this legal bull***t but in my years in IT,
I've seen people and organizations get either burned to a crisp or have
failing infrastructure because they chose to walk along the line instead of
getting it done right. Remember folks: Be the job big or small, do it right
or not at all.
