Presuming that the times there are UTC, we're currently -6 from that. So the open house would start at 1600, or 4pm EDT, (which is when the faire ends, and so makes sense) and continue until 2am the next day. Which then becomes 1am, (since DST ends at that point, as you pointed out, and we shift back to UTC -5) so it may end at 1am EST or continue for another hour or two. But if you're at the space that late does it really matter? :)
