SYN/HAK, G has informed me that several of you felt there were a few items regarding the Accelerator space that made things unworkable. I believe that the AGBA is a great spot for your group and your presence could be advantageous to members of our conventional program as well. I would like to try to address these issues with you. *Parking *- It is my intention that SYN/HAK members and visitors not pay for parking at the AGBA building. Most of the time this is not an issue because most activities are scheduled for evenings and weekends (but not always). I am working on some things to remove the parking as being a barrier for you. These include getting a number of parking passes that your members can use in a community fashion. Also, there may be some potential for passes you can issue to your invitees on the website for events. *Building Access* - My thoughts here include cordoning off a section of the first floor for you and your guests (possibly in a fashion like schools do with sliding gates in hallways). Your leadership could open and close at agreed upon hours.) This would take away any demand to babysit your guests. We would make sure a well-marked, lighted entrance and restrooms were available. *Any other ideas?* *Rent Cost *- I am willing to work with you on this in a cash/service blend. I suggested a plan to you that some of you might have felt was took you away from your mission. I can lend a lot of flexibility to these terms. *Tell me what would work for you? * Please share your thoughts on these issues. I would be happy to meet with you to iron out the details.
