Perhaps we could have a page on our website where members can list items
they may need for their projects (I.E. The computer lab could use socket

from a kitchen microwave unit though we already have three microwaves for
that.

In essence, we should not fill the corners of the space with non-working
material because it may one day be useful as it has an equal chance of just
using up space like boxes of optical drives and a dozen empty computer
cases. That logic leads to hoarding.
