I had intended to fry the turkey got space giving. having
never done it before i thought it best to read up on it.
This revealed the need for a taller pot than the one i
have. So i will be unable to fry the turkey and thus
unable to cook it in 45 min.
I do not have the turkey out i would their it in the oven
now. So if whom ever has the turkey could get it cooking.

Another option is if someone has a 18" 30qt put we could
borrow please respond immediately
