I mentioned tonight, with agreement, that perhaps the new years party
should be the final sendoff of the current space.  Half the stuff could be
out of there, but all of the emotion may still be in place - a last burn.
 We'll have another mass membership/publicity push once the new space is
open / presentable, but a week after signing the lease...?

My vote is *firmly* a party for the space that brought us from a garage to
a published, referenced, 501c3.  A party to thank the space for the growth,
as we move on.

A lot of good memories came from there, and it was far more than a notch in
the belt of the growth of synhak as an organization,  It was our first
rented property; the list of firsts that occurred there is too long to
list.  I would like to pay homage to the building that facilitated the 2nd
mass leap of synhak, and I think a tribute to what so many people have
called the home of synhak is warranted.
