Hi all,
I got the lease written out with the realtor today. I have in my possession the 
hand written draft. I should have the typed, final copy by friday at noon. I 
feel Patrick has been more than fair, he even added a provision stating the 
building couldn't be sold from underneath us for the first year, and we get 
first dibs on purchasing after that. Other than that I asked all the questions 
I had written down.

We have the ability to build out the interior of the build as we see fit. We 
can install a lighted sign on the roof of the building. We can add windows to 
the south facing wall barring getting permits from the city. There was a ton of 
other questions, I will answer them this Friday at the meeting or right now on 
this thread. 

Now a question to the board, we can sign and then wait till after the new year 
to avoid a pro rated month as we will have to pay Tony for another month 
anyway. Do we want to wait the week and a half to save some cash and headache 
from moving this close to Christmas? Can we control our excitement for that 
long? It would be a great way to start out the year I may add.

20th, 2013 at 6:00 PM.

I am putting forth a vote to sign a one year lease of 48 S. Summit St (approx. 
4000sq ft) at a monthly rate of $500.00.

More information about this lease's provisions are available through myself and 
Devin Wolfe. They will be presented in full at the board meeting, and this 
week's Tuesday meeting.
