As an outsider and non-member, the idea and/or practice of SYNHAK selling
donated items to members is a not a good idea.

I suspect it will result in bruised egos, frustration and disappointment by
other members, anger and confusion by non-members, and a very sticky
situation for SH as a non-profit org selling stuff for USD, even if marked
as "donation".

If Craig wants/needs/covets a donated/used/non-functioning laptop, then I
say just give it to him. No lengthy discussion is necessary.
