In general, I'm happy to accept reciepts of purchases in exchange for applying
credit towards unpaid or future membership dues.

I'm especially happy when you let me know in advance a lofty estimate of how
much you plan on spending. I got quite a shock last night when I was handed a
reciept for $260 and another future estimate of $500. My surprise was entirely
due to an oversight on my behalf: I hadn't considered membership credit on new
purchases as a viable method of paying for the buildout, but someone else
(correctly) assumed it was a good idea. I'm making a conservative estimate
that that SYNHAK can currently handle up to $1200 in future membership credit
through this method, with another $800 added over the next two months. This
means that there is another $200 in membership dues credit up for grabs right
now.

Only new purchases directly related to the buildout and regarded as essential
may be given in exchange for unpaid and future dues. This budget will not stay
around forever and will likely stop recieving funding at the end of March to
avoid a situation of nobody at all paying dues for 9 months. That would be bad
for liquidity. I reserve the right to pick what is and isn't essential, and
you reserve the right to convince me to change my mind.
