Also, I think that pile of debris blocking the garage door should be removed or consolidated before then so cars and trucks can unload in that area. One possibility would be people at 21 loading, people driving back and forth, and people at 48 unloading. It may be smoother if unloading cars could backup to / in depending on vehicle one at a time.
