* Omar - 6 IBM thinkpads, newish condition, thinking of setting up 4 or 5 to be 
used 

throughout the new space in each room. So no need to leave space to get to a 
computer. 

However they all need SATA hard drives and power adapters. IBM/Lenovo. All OSes 
need to 

be legit. 

* G - cleveland minimaker faire march 29 2014. 

* Justin - Donated 1/2 dozen laptops for Omar's project.

* Nicole - brought in a crockpot for pickle solution for jewlery.

* G - Spark Akron Feb 7 2014. Whole 3 day weekend. Torrie is helping run this. 

* Devin - We are moving in a couple weeks, new location down the street at 48 
S. Summit 

St.

* Andrew - over the weekend supposed to be a build session on Sunday, people 
showed up 

but no one was there to let them in the building. If something is planned try 
to be there 

if things change notify via mailing list.

* Torrie - Build mailing list, for organizing the build out of the new space. 
If you have 

ideas send it to [email protected]  subscribe if you're interested in helping 
out.

* Lilith - project doing is probably toxic ammount of of spray adhesive so stay 
away.

* Torrie working on spiff for subscription donations, look for it in the next 2

* Martin - GP or Demand meter. If it is a demand then you can request a GP put 
in. Demand 

goes by peak and get charged that for every day.

* Omar - Alternate funding, is there interest in establishing a framework for 
selling off 

old or unneeded assets? Devin - Make sure there is a week or 2 week list 
publically 

posted. Sold to benefit space, money has to goto space. A message with a list 
asking if 

it is wanted or needed or if it can be sold.

* Devin - email was sent out to space, pushing opening day to March 1 2014. 
Talking about 

doing some trading, getting another booth at oddmall for free. It's at the John 
S. Knight 

center

* Martha - What still needs to be done at the new space: There is a list at the 
space. 

List of avliable times to come over and work. Tonight people are going over 
there to do 

some work. Matt - who opens the door should send a message to the build list. 

* Matt - possibly a digital lock system someone showing up which can be given a 
temporary 

code to unlock the door. Torrie - might not be right for us right now. 


* Justin - Have a storage unit that's rented out. Surplus of space, 250 sqft. 
Want to 

replace it, by renting 250 sqft space at the new space. Industrial pallet 
racking, 40' x 

3' for $100 a month for 6 months. Instant do not hack, if you mess with it 
you're up for 

ban. Needs to get through garage door. Bringing 60' pallet racking 10'L x 3'D x 
6' H
Shelving will be for use but will still be Justin's property. G - Awesome.
