I don't know if anyone has really taken serious notice of the local foot traffic at Summit yet or not. However, it generally appears to be homeless individuals walking a "daily circuit" until the shelters open in the evening. Not all homeless are violent; however, I have yet to see any unscrupulous person carrying a sign, warning of the potential for danger. That being said, be aware of your surroundings at all times inside and outside the building. A safe assumption would be everyone of them carries at least a box cutter for self defense. Just my $.02
