Andrew L Devin and I discussed the bathrooms last night.
Nothing I am doing will interfere with future modifications to either bathroom. Considering that an ADA-compliant bathroom requires a 60in width for wheel-chair access and a minimum distance of 16in from the center line of the toilet to the wall, I don't think either bathroom is a good candidate for remodeling. Current ADA Standards can be downloaded from this link = http://www.ada.gov/2010ADAstandards_index.htm Hopefully, somebody will be able to let me in this afternoon or early evening so I can get some more work done on the walls.
