At the request of some folks, I've started to set us up with an agreement with Davis, Hoff, & Elliott LLC on an as-needed basis. They're Kevin Davis' law firm, the lawyer who's been giving us some pro bono advice on various things, like if we need a drug policy, if the sublease was invalid, etc.
The agreement says $200 per hour for the first two hours we use each month. I'll forward it to bizops@ once a fixed version comes back. I haven't signed it, since I think having a lawyer is something I feel that we need consensus on, and it says SYNHACK in one place. Normally its $200-$270 per hour, but we've got a flat rate. Kevin's also the guy who showed a bunch of us the 6th floor of 12 Exchange back when we were looking for new space, and gave us some really good tips on where we might have a lot of luck looking. He's very supportive of the idea of SYNHAK.
