Some false walls even 8 foot tall might help with sound.

We could also turn the heat up higher before the meeting, Focus on
insulating the space, run space heaters during the meeting and turn off the
heater during the meeting. Changing the filter might help reduce the sound.
(and improve efficiency)

If we are going to move the unit we need to talk with a pro to move the gas
lines. I also  think it would be appropriate to get an ok from the landlord
before making a change.

Honestly this may not be an issue in a couple of weeks as the temp rises.
