If this double posts sorry, it looked like I only sent it to Devin. Though I hold no board vote I would discourage the board from permanently removing the current treasurer from their office. They have carried out their duties as outlined in the by laws.
There is precedent for officers taking a leave of absence. Last summer for 10 Weeks the secretary was on leave and no one raised an issue of the champions taking over responsibilities in their absence. On return the duties and responsibilities were returned to the elected secretary.
