It's nothing to put in a modern garage door opener and hand out 'clickers'
to interested members. I brought it up before.  I was super-against a
keypad, but modern rotating code clickers any interested key-holding member
could buy and have sync'd. Total cost <$200, and <$50 is someone knows
somebody.
