Indeed, a wiki-style tool is wished by some in the OOo community. I'd like to see this happen and I'm open to any idea. Meanwhile, I should point out that OOo (the site) has such collaboration feature. You can use CVS (Concurrent Version Sytem) and you can use it by asking your leads to grant you another role, or you can add content through the Documents & File folder.
