Novell tiene acuerdos especiales con Microsoft que le permiten distribuir
cosas que estén sujetas a su copyright y que infrinjan sus patentes de
software.
De todas formas, no sé si esto aplica a las fuentes. Y por otro lado, fíjate
que la licencia sólo te permite instalarlo y usarlo, no distribuirlo. O sea,
no se lo puedes pasar a tu vecino ni a tu cliente. Para eso tendrías que
haber llegado a un acuerdo de distribución como el que tiene Novell con
Microsoft (el infame acuerdo de patentes que tienen y que lo llaman
eufemísticamente de "interoperabilidad").

PD: lo que no entiendo es por qué las distribuciones de Linux (Novell aparte)
no distribuyen por defecto las Liberation Fonts de RedHat que son las únicas
que preservan las equivalencias de tamaños, aspecto y proporciones con las
típicas de Microsoft que son las que nos molestan precisamente.
