The wish to have the Cert project in accordance with the CC is distinct from the desire to have a representation of it on or in the OOo domain, which creating a project is all about. As I have seen no objections to the project and it's been discussed for a rather long time (and the proponents are justifiably eager to get this going), I'll set it up tonight.
