im looking for a junior programmer not a senior developer, we are a
small operation and do not currently have the ability to pay $80k -
125k a year (eg 40-60/hour) for a senior programmer - that is a
starting salary anyway, the full job description shows a possible full
time permanent position at 40-55k
I appreciate the feedback, Im not trying to gouge the cf programming
market (as I am a cf programmer myself) but I know that there are
decent programmers looking for work that can't score a nice 6 figure
salary like your guys have
