OK - I have spent waaaay tooo much time on this. So I need help and I am not above pay $$$ for the assistance.

 

I obtained the developer license and assess number so that's OK

 

I have managed to send a request and obtain a list of shipping options and prices so that's OK

 

The problem is that I can only get the info for US shipments. When I send a ShipTo country and postal code outside the US I get a blank return.

 

Obviously I'm not an XML type. I hate things with X (XML - XHTML - X-wife - X-job)

 

Thanks for any help or offers.
