SeatGuru (http://seatguru.com/) is great for showing you which seats on which planes have power outlets (and where they good seats are too). There's another site that does the same thing, but the name eludes me.

Then the trick is to determine which model of the model the airline is using for that flight (is that the 737-300, 737-400B, or 737-500?).
