Folks, John sent this note below to the announcements list, but I want to make two clarifications about both the December and January meetings. First, I don't want anyone to miss the point that we will NOT be having a regular ACFUG meeting this month (next Wed) but will be having a holiday party the same day at a location other than the normal meeting place, he describes below. One word: WhirlyBall, baby! :-) It's a lot of fun, as I'll have more to say about what fun that is in a note to the announcements list (and which people can discuss if they'd like on the community list). :-) I will note that it's in Marietta, not the one in Roswell for those familiar with that one. Second, something else not said is that the reason we can't meet in the place we have been (John's FusionLink offices downtown) is that he is moving, so the space is not available. It is due to be available for January, and as such we plan to hold the January meeting (Jan 3) at his new location, which is near the Perimeter. If you know where EchoEleven's training facility is ( <http://www.echoeleven.com/> http://www.echoeleven.com/), it will be in the same office park. Take a look at the calendar ( <http://www.acfug.org/index.cfm?fa=calendar.calendar> http://www.acfug.org/index.cfm?fa=calendar.calendar) to see the details on topic and speakers planned for January and February. Same great meeting content, just a new location. We'll send reminders about that to the announcement list in coming weeks. This is a good chance to remind you that if you're NOT on the announcements list but you DO attend the CFUG meetings, you really SHOULD join that list (see http://www.acfug.org/index.cfm?fa=mailinglists.info) since that's where we make announcements about meetings.
