I think there may be licensing restrictions with the express edition.
Not sure though.

I have it installed with my Outlook and there shouldn't be any

[ACFUG Discuss] using cf to get data from outlook's business
contact manager
I was recently trying to learn a little about what Outlook Business
Contact Manager could do (Comes with Office Pro). I read that it
uses and SQL Server Express database to keep all the data in. My
thought was that may be able to share this data in other apps (like
a web based cf app). Has anyone ever explored this?
