The UNC path you're using is unavailable, probably because of permissions. On the server, try putting the path into the run bar and see what error you receive. Most likely it will be something like "Network Path Not Found" or something related to permissions. If you get that, then that is what CF is getting too. \\fileserver01\blahblahblah.doc
