I have a simple DTS packet in set up in Enterprise Manager that is moving data from one table (only 120 records in it). It moves data from one server to another. Both servers are SQL 2000. The packet is set up to first delete the data from one database and then move the data back in from the other database. The packet takes almost an hour to run and that seems way strange to me. So far I haven't been able to figure out. I've googled myself to death on it but didn't come up with anything helpful. If anyone has a thought as to why that would be happening, please let me know.
