Oh, I don't know about that...I find myself being perfectly productive with
a dual-core laptop and 2GB of RAM. It does take awhile to start though. The
bigger issue with LiveCycle from a developer standpoint is screen
resolution. Adobe LiveCycle Designer really needs like 1280 x 1024
minimum....and the more the better.
