Everyone has their idea of what makes a good CMS. :-) BTW, do you really mean you want feedback only on CF-oriented ones? Just because you are "a CF driven house", you may well be interested in and/or benefit from considering alternatives, whether written in other languages (where you may not care, because you never edit the code) or web-based ones.
