Barney Boisvert did a great preso at cf-Objective() about running on
EC2.  Their company migrated their entire production environment from
Rackspace's cloud to EC2 in a very methodical month long process that
he went into some amount of detail about.  His slidedeck is here:

Also - I think that the CF9 licensing allows an enterprise license to
be run on up to 10 instances (I think).  So you really get a whole lot
of bang for your buck.

He discussed some issues around performance and deploying to multiple
zones to avoid Amazon EC2 downtime.  It was a pretty good talk,  I'll
unload what I can remember of it if you want to discuss offline a bit.
