I originally had them with no spaces as the are also used at database column names. However, the client requested that I put the spaces in. This is for a report on allergic reaction to allergens such as "Baker's Yeast" which I had as "BakersYeast" for db purposes. I can try the underscore method which was what I was going to try if I did not get any help here because I can't find any help on how to resolve this issue.
I thought about trying to use an image as well but I'm not sure that is even possible. I have not had a chance to experiment with that as of yet.
