One more question and then maybe I can give a little guidance. You want to display the first 10 records in each group ONLY. So if group A has 100 records, you get the first 10, then if GROUP B has 15 records, you get the first 10, etc. So if you had 10 groups and all groups had more than 10 records you total result set would be ONLY 100 records. I want to limit the number records displayed "per" group. In the database there are thousands of records, but I just want to display 10 records per group. When I run the query, it only displays 10 records for only 1 group in the "dest" field. Hope that's a little clearer.
